Mid-Level Unity Developer

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Unity Developer to join our core team.

We are looking for someone already comfortable with Unity and C#, capable of working independently, and driven to become the kind of developer we see on social media and share with each other, saying, "Now that's really good!".

You should be able to take a feature or problem, understand what it needs to achieve, and figure out a solid implementation without needing every step explained.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Unity and C# knowledge

• Solid understanding of C# fundamentals and system design

• Ability to build gameplay systems independently

• Good debugging and problem-solving skills

• Clean, maintainable code

• Reliable communication and ownership

• Comfortable working with a high degree of freedom

• Able to use AI tools effectively without relying on generated code blindly

Big plus:

We value developers who think about *tooling, testing, and iteration speed*, not just feature implementation.

Experience with things like:

• Custom Unity Editor tools

• Debug utilities

• Isolated test scenes or test environments

• Testing specific systems without going through the full game flow

• Profiling and optimization

is a big buff.
