DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and balancing a cash drawer
• Request and verify customers' identity
• Accepting and processing customer deposits/withdrawals, cash checks
• Creating official checks and money orders
• Making loan payments
• Processing U.S. Savings Bonds
• Preparing CTRs (currency transaction reports) and preventing fraud
• Keep bank's and customers' information confidential
• Check and notify counterfeit currencies to the higher authority
• Comply with the bank's procedures and policies for executing banking operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED
• Highly organized, detail oriented, has strong communication skills
• Works independently, takes proactive initiative, prioritizes multiple tasks, and responds quickly
• Maintains judgment, discretion, and confidentiality appropriate to the banking industry
• Knowledge of banking industry and applicable regulatory compliance
• Counterfeit detection and currency counter.
• Knowledge of Fiserv System.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML Regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
