University Counsellor

The University Counsellor will guide and support students through the process of exploring career options, selecting suitable universities, and preparing successful applications. The role involves working closely with students, parents, teachers, and external institutions to ensure each student receives personalised advice tailored to their aspirations and strengths.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Honours Degree (minimum requirement)
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in university counselling or student careers advice within a UK curriculum setting
• Strong knowledge of UK and US higher education systems as well as international university admission processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with students, parents, staff, and external partners
• Ability to provide one-on-one guidance as well as group workshops on career planning and application procedures
• Proficient organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple student cases simultaneously
