Essential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes: Your Accountabilities in the Role

• Maintaining High Quality and Efficiency (90% of the job)

• To load or unload parts on the powder coat line.

• To prep any part that needs it

• Get parts done in a timely fashion to meet the scheduled attainment goals of RCII

• Prep parts to be hung on the line I.E. Sanding, DA’ing or Scotchbriting.

• Ability to operate the burn off oven.

• Label or touch up parts as needed when they come off the line

• Use sequence list to ensure items are moving according to schedules

• Timely labor reporting for jobs completed in visual

• Mentoring & Training (5 % of the job)

• Lead by example

• Attend as needed safety Meetings

• Other Areas of responsibility (5% of the job)

• Ensure 5” s Assignments are complete

• Participate in lean manufacturing activities

• Follow RCII’s policies as outlined in handbook

• Create Ideas and solutions to work situations through problems solving

Position Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma/GED
• Experience: Combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities**.**
• Certification(s): N/A
• Functional Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use all kinds of measuring devices, use of small hand tools, Be able to follow work instructions written.
• Technology Aptitude/Skills: Good communication skills
• Language Skills: Fluent in English required; fluent in Spanish a plus
• Leadership/Behaviors: Self-directed, highly motivated, and ability to be a team player; provide mentoring and training to support the team and reach departmental goals
