Duties

• Support children with special educational needs, including those with autism and disabilities, in daily classroom activities and routines
• Assist teachers in implementing tailored learning plans that meet individual student requirements
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment by promoting positive behavior and social interaction among pupils
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to enhance communication skills and developmental progress
• Communicate effectively with children, teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure consistent support and understanding
• Help monitor student progress, report observations, and contribute to ongoing assessments of individual needs

Pay: £95.00-£110.00 per day
