Up RM2600/Month | Administrative KYC Executive (Document Verification)| Mercu 2

As a KYC Agent, you will help ensure the integrity and security of financial transactions by reviewing customer applications, performing KYC checks, and identifying potential fraudulent activities. You will also handle customer inquiries and escalations related to KYC issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. This role provides hands-on experience in AML operations and opportunities to develop skills in compliance, risk management, and customer service.

📍 Location: Mercu 2 (Office-based)

💼 Job Type: 3-Months Contract (Renewable)

🕒 Working Day: 5 days per week (weekend shifts included)

💰 Salary: RM2,200 + RM400 KPI Incentive

Shift Schedule:

• AM Shift : 7 am to 4 pm
• PM Shift : 12 pm to 9 pm
• GY Shift: 4pm to 1am

Note: Shifts rotate every 2 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify financial documents such as payslips, bank statements, and income proof for accuracy.
• Ensure all checks comply with company procedures and regulatory guidelines (KYD/KYC/AML).
• Identify any discrepancies or suspicious documents and escalate for further review.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality throughout the review process.
• Support team operations and complete tasks within set timelines.

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Preferably with experience in data entry or customer service.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with handling confidential data.
