Thai Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-driven Medical Representative to join our Basic Intravenous Solution Business Unit and drive business growth across the Northeastern region of Thailand.

SALES TERRITORY:
Sakon Nakhon | Roi Et | Mukdahan | Amnat Charoen | Yasothon | Ubon Ratchathani
Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives by effectively managing the assigned territory and customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers, and relevant stakeholders to drive product adoption and business growth.
• Maintain and provide excellent service to existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conduct effective product presentations to doctors and customers to support product listing, new product enrollment, and expansion of existing product usage.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional activities in alignment with company strategies and within the agreed budget.
• Deliver key marketing messages to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers to initiate product usage and build product advocacy.
• Independently manage daily sales activities and proactively resolve routine customer issues, escalating non-routine matters to the Sales Manager / Product Manager as appropriate.
• Conduct regular customer visits to gather market intelligence, competitor information, and business insights, and provide constructive feedback to the Sales Manager / Product Manager.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Medical Sciences, Medical Technology, Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Nephrology, or the Northeastern territory will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a “Can-do” attitude and enthusiasm for achieving results.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Northeastern territory.
