Upholsterer Sofa

Responsibilities:

• Upholster and reupholster furniture pieces according to specifications and customer requests
• Use hand tools and power tools to attach new materials
• Assemble furniture components and ensure proper alignment and fit
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge to understand furniture construction and assembly processes
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, staple guns, scissors, and sewing machines
• Ability to fabricate and manipulate fabric or leather materials to achieve desired results
• Familiarity with power tools for attaching new materials
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy furniture pieces and materials as needed

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
