UPLC-MS/MS Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a UPLC-MS/MS Field Service Engineer who is passionate about customer success and comfortable supporting customers at hospitals and clinical laboratories .

Minimum 2 Years Of Hands-on UPLC-MS/MS Experience Experience in diagnosis, repair and maintenance of LC-MS/MS systems Experience With Clinical UPLC-MS/MS Analytical Systems Is Preferred Experience with Waters single and/or tandem quadrupole MS systems is highly preferred

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Clear, respectful and timely verbal and written communication Comfortable with frequent travel and customer-site visits Preferred / Additional Experience Experience with Waters software HRMS (High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry) experience
