UPLC-MS/MS Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a UPLC-MS/MS Field Service Engineer who is passionate about customer success and comfortable supporting customers at hospitals and clinical laboratories.

Base Location: Mumbai

Coverage: Western India - Maharashtra, Ahmedabad & Goa

Travel: Pan-India travel may be required

Experience: 2+ years in UPLC-MS/MS

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on UPLC-MS/MS experience
• Experience in diagnosis, repair and maintenance of LC-MS/MS systems
• Experience with clinical UPLC-MS/MS analytical systems is preferred
• Experience with Waters single and/or tandem quadrupole MS systems is highly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Clear, respectful and timely verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with frequent travel and customer-site visits

Preferred / Additional Experience

• Experience with Waters software
• HRMS (High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry) experience
• Experience supporting customers with multiple instrument vendors
• Strong customer responsiveness and personability
