Location: Lubumbashi / Kolwezi, Democratic Republic of Congo

Salary: Offered in US Dollars

Work Schedule
5.5 Working Days per Week
45 Hours per Week
Lubumbashi: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Kolwezi: 7:00 AM 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of Eaton or similar commercial UPS systems.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of UPS equipment.
Troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues.
Spare parts and consumables management.
Client coordination and OEM (Eaton) support.
Service reporting, documentation, and remote technical support.

Required Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on experience with Eaton or similar commercial UPS systems.
Expertise in UPS installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of UPS monitoring software and electrical safety standards.
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel across client locations in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Preferred
Eaton or equivalent OEM certification.
Experience with electrical distribution panels, surge protection systems, and SLA/service reporting.
