Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their shipping, printing, and retail requests
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling products and services
• Operate copiers, fax machines, laminating equipment, and other office machines.
• Advise customers on our full range of products and services, including printing, mailbox rentals, notary services, and packing & shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all equipment is working properly.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
• Support store operations through merchandising, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness to create an inviting store atmosphere

Experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong computer and internet skills; ability to learn quickly.
• Notary public (nice to have)
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
