UPS Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Center Manager to lead daily operations at our busy location. In this role, you will be the heart of the store—driving exceptional customer service, managing daily logistics, supporting print and packing services, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Manage daily store opening/closing, inventory control, and overall store maintenance and appearance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor store associates to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
• Customer Service: Deliver world-class service, assist customers with packing and shipping solutions, and handle escalated customer inquiries professionally.
• Print & Business Services: Oversee digital print production, document finishing, binding, and auxiliary retail services.
• Notary Services: Perform notary services on-site (or become certified upon hire).
• Financial & Inventory Oversight: Monitor daily sales, manage labor costs, manage supplies, and report metrics to ownership.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of retail management, shift supervision, or customer service leadership experience.(Prior experience at The UPS Store is a huge plus!)
• Notary Public: Must currently be a commissioned Notary Public in NJ, or eligible and willing to obtain certification within 60 days.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, print production software (Adobe Creative Suite/Microsoft Office), and standard computer applications.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday and Sunday availability

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
