Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and other store services.
• Process UPS shipments, including domestic and international shipments, accurately and efficiently.
• Properly pack and prepare customer packages for shipment.
• Receive and process incoming packages and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers with mailbox services and other store offerings.
• Operate POS systems, computers, printers, copiers, and other store equipment.
• Process customer transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other payments accurately.
• Promote store services and identify opportunities to assist customers with additional products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Follow all UPS Store procedures, security requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of shipping and office supplies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Participate in training and learn new products, services, and technology as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service, shipping, printing, or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle customer transactions and shipments.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. when required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Working Conditions

• Customer-facing retail environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting packages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing customer demands.
• Work is performed in person at the store.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts based on store needs

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
