Upscale Fine Dining Server

Majestic Kitchen, a fine dining restaurant in Sugar Land, TX, is currently hiring friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hosts and Waitstaff/Servers to join our front-of-house team.

We are seeking individuals with full-service or fine dining experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming, upscale dining experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Manage guest seating, reservations, and table flow
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide attentive and professional fine dining table service
• Assist guests with menu questions, recommendations, and dining selections
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Process customer payments accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and front-of-house areas
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism
• Provide an excellent overall fine dining experience for every guest

Qualifications:

• Previous full-service or fine dining restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work lunch and/or dinner shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
