Job Title: UPSELL - Design, Development & E-commerce

Seeking a mid-level executive (2+ experience) to expand existing client accounts through targeted upselling and cross-selling of design and e-commerce services.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Build long-term client relationships to assess evolving digital needs.
• Audit active accounts to recommend high-value expansions (e.g., UI/UX optimization, platform upgrades).
• Cross-sell complementary services like CRO and custom software.
• Collaborate with technical teams for service handoffs and track pipeline in CRM.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in digital agencies or e-commerce.
• Foundational knowledge of web workflows and frameworks (Shopify, Woo Commerce).
• Strong communication and account growth skills.
