We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and self motivated Specialty Services Coordinator to support our Specialty Services department in Lindon, UT. This team handles more complex pest control solutions—think termite, bed bug and flea treatments, rodent remediation, and cockroach clean-outs. As a Specialty Services Specialist, you’ll initiate these services by communicating with clients, and following through on our process-driven sales model.

As a Specialty Services Specialist, You Will

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching specialty pest control services
• Support follow-ups and documentation of technician recommendations
• Track service quotes, proposals, and work orders
• Communicate with property managers and commercial clients
• Ensure data is accurately entered into our systems
• Help monitor completion of services and technician follow-ups
• Collaborate with technicians, routing teams, and customer service reps
• Take ownership of administrative and customer-facing tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, project management, or administrative support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Google Suite, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable making multiple follow-up sales calls in a day
• Experience in pest control or a similar field is a plus, but not required

Competitive Benefits and Compensation

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Commission pay available based on upsells or service conversions
