UPVC Window Fabricator

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UPVC Window Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw UPVC materials into high-quality, precision-engineered windows. Duties

• Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble UPVC profiles according to detailed specifications.
• Measure and mark materials accurately to ensure precise fabrication of window frames and components.
• Assemble window units by fitting sash, frames, locks, hinges, and other hardware with attention to detail.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or fabrication area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify dimensions, fit, and finish before packaging or installation.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously during all stages of fabrication to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in handling hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing background is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly processes related to window or door fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings, measurements, and specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
