SellerMend is an eCommerce services company working with Amazon sellers and agencies in the US, UK and EU.

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder who can find quality projects, write winning proposals, talk with potential clients, and bring in business through Upwork and similar marketplaces.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of winning projects for eCommerce platforms like Amazon.

Job Type: Full-time,
Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (on-site)
Location: Sultan Plaza, Khanewal Road (near the Daewoo Terminal), Chowk Kumharan Wala, Multan
Salary: Fixed salary plus commission on every contract won

Key Responsibilities

• Search Upwork daily for relevant Amazon and ecommerce jobs
• Judge each job for client fit, budget and payment history before bidding
• Research each client: their company, their Amazon store, and the problem they’re facing
• Write custom proposals that speak to the client’s exact problem
• Handle first replies from clients and ask the right questions to understand their needs
• Share relevant past work and results to build client trust
• Follow up with leads and schedule calls with the team
• Keep our Google Sheet of jobs, proposals and lead status up to date
• Report weekly results: proposals sent, replies, interviews and contracts won

Must-Have Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on Upwork bidding experience, with proof of projects won
• Ecommerce experience, Amazon strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of Seller Central (ASINs, listings, variations, flat files)
• Strong written English and the ability to write personal proposals, not generic AI templates
• Good online research skills: reading a client’s store, website and job post to find what they really need

Nice to Have

• Experience bidding for an Amazon agency or ecommerce service provider
• Knowledge of Amazon UK and EU marketplaces, or eBay and Walmart
• Experience with Upwork Connects, boosting and profile optimization
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach
