What they need
RankTix is looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team in Lahore.
Location: Nasheman-e-Iqbal, Lahore
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000/month
Experience: 1+ year of Upwork bidding experience
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding
- Strong understanding of Upwork proposals and bidding strategies
- Ability to search and identify relevant projects
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to write customized, convincing proposals
- Knowledge of lead generation and freelancing platforms is a plus
- Target-oriented and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Find relevant projects on Upwork
- Submit customized and compelling proposals
- Communicate with potential clients
- Follow up with prospects and manage leads
- Maintain and improve proposal/bidding strategies
- Help generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
