About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder who can identify quality opportunities, write personalized proposals, communicate effectively with potential clients and convert qualified leads into appointments and long term business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should understand the Upwork marketplace and have experience bidding for digital and technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate high quality projects on Upwork related to Ecommerece & Web Development, Digital Marketing, AI Automation and E-commerce.
• Write customized, professional and human sounding proposals based on each client's requirements.
• Communicate professionally with prospects through Upwork.
• Qualify potential leads based on requirements, budget and project scope.
• Book appointments and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
• Consistently follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain organized records of proposals, conversations, leads, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive for digital or technology services.
• Good understanding of the Upwork bidding and client acquisition process.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Understanding of services such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, AI Automation, SaaS and E-commerce.
