We're Hiring: Upwork Bidder / Business Developer

Fexen Smart Solution | Islamabad | Onsite | Full-time

Fexen is a custom software development company. We build web, mobile, AI, and SaaS products for clients in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. We are looking for an Upwork Bidder to own our proposal pipeline and turn job posts into client conversations.

What you'll do

1. Search Upwork daily for relevant jobs for criteria provided by Lead..

2. Write tailored, high-quality proposals that address each client's actual problem. No templates pasted blindly.

3. Track connects spent, response rates, and interviews. Report weekly on what is working..

4. Keep our Upwork profiles, portfolio, and case studies current..

What we're looking for

1. Excellent written English. Your grammar, tone, and clarity must be flawless. This is the most important requirement..

2. Confident spoken English for client calls when needed.

3. 1+ year of bidding on Upwork for a software agency (preferred)..

4. Enough technical understanding to read a job post and explain how we would approach it..

5. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with targets..

What we offer

1. Salary: 30K-50K salary plus commission on closed contracts..

2. Direct work with the CTO and engineering team..

3. A strong portfolio to sell, including products with 1M+ downloads..

4. Timings: 2PM - 11PM with (1hr Break )
