Qualification: B.Com / BS in Accounting and Finance
Experience: 1–2 Years of Relevant Bidding Experience
Industry Preference: Audit Firm or Financial Services Company

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bilal Arsalan & Co. Chartered Accountants is seeking a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of relevant bidding experience, preferably in an audit firm or financial services company, with a strong ability to identify business opportunities, prepare winning proposals, and generate leads through online freelancing platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Prepare professional proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
• Generate leads and explore new business opportunities in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and financial services.
• Communicate with prospective clients and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Research market trends and analyze competitors to improve bidding strategies.
• Maintain records of proposals, client communications, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand service offerings and achieve bidding targets.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• B.Com or BS in Accounting and Finance.
• 1–2 years of relevant bidding experience is required.
• Experience working with an audit firm or financial services company is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork; familiarity with Freelancer and other bidding platforms is an advantage.
• Strong proposal-writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
