Experience: Prior experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or business development is required.

ViralChilly is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional who can identify potential projects, create winning proposals, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Analyze project requirements and prepare customized, persuasive proposals.

Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

Communicate with potential clients, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations, technical requirements, and proposal preparation.

Maintain lead records, bidding reports, and client communication updates.

Track proposal performance, improve bidding strategies, and achieve business development targets.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Upwork bidding, online bidding, lead generation, or IT business development.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

Understanding of web development, WordPress, Shopify, or digital marketing services.

Experience using Upwork or similar freelancing platforms to generate leads.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet targets.

Good research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
