We’re hiring: Upwork Bidder – Salesforce Projects | Fourtic

We’re looking for an experienced Upwork bidder who has successfully sourced and bid on Salesforce projects.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Upwork bidding, including hands-on experience bidding on Salesforce projects.
Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
Working hours: Availability during UK business hours with overlap into US business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Find and qualify relevant Salesforce projects on Upwork.
• Write tailored proposals based on client requirements.
• Manage prospect conversations, follow-ups and meeting bookings.
• Coordinate with our Salesforce delivery team on scope and estimates.
• Track bids, responses, meetings and projects won.

Requirements:

• Proven experience bidding on Salesforce implementation, customization, development or integration projects.
• Strong written English and client communication skills.
• Ability to explain past bidding results and share anonymized proposal samples.
• Availability to cover the required UK and US hours.
