We’re Hiring: Upwork Business Manager – Night Shift

Nexion Corp is looking for a motivated and articulate Upwork Business Manager to join our growing Business Development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, A-Level graduates, and early-career professionals who want to build a career in international business development, client acquisition, and the IT services industry.

Location: On-site, DHA, Karachi

Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on Upwork

✅ Research client requirements and prepare personalized, compelling proposals

✅ Communicate professionally with prospective international clients

✅ Coordinate with technical and creative teams to obtain project estimates

✅ Maintain accurate records of proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions

✅ Support lead-generation, client-acquisition, and sales activities

✅ Monitor proposal performance and contribute ideas to improve conversion rates

Requirements

✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

✔ Basic understanding of software development and digital services

✔ Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities

✔ Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly

✔ Familiarity with Upwork is preferred but not required—training will be provided

✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

✔ Fresh graduates and A-Level graduates are encouraged to apply
