Job Title: Upwork Sales Specialist

• Overview: Seeking an experienced specialist (2+ years’ experience) to spearhead marketplace acquisition by crafting high-converting proposals, securing quality leads, and driving revenue on Upwork.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor job feeds and write tailored, compelling proposals.
• Evaluate client history and identify high-value projects.
• Conduct discovery chats/calls, pitch solutions, and negotiate project scopes and budgets.
• Manage pipeline tracking in CRM, secure positive reviews, and drive contract extensions.
• Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidding Specialist, IT Sales Executive, or Freelance Account Manager.
• Exceptional English copywriting and personalized proposal writing skills.
• Deep understanding of the Upwork ecosystem, JSS optimization, and Connects management.
