Urban Planner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive plans for townships, ensuring alignment with city-wide goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify infrastructure needs, transportation systems, and community facilities required for sustainable growth.
• Conduct feasibility studies on proposed developments, assessing environmental impacts and economic viability.
• Provide expert advice on urban planning strategies to government agencies, developers, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 9-17 years of experience in urban planning or a related field.
• Strong understanding of township development principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills for conducting feasibility studies and evaluating project proposals.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups including government officials, business leaders, and community representatives.
