URGENT: Assistant Building Surveyor (Secondment to MTR) (Ref: ABS/MSU/2025)

We are looking for a high caliber individual to join us.  Reporting to MTR supervisor directly, the appointee will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

The hiring position would be Assistant Engineer!

Work Location:  MTR Kowloon Station (ELEMENTS)
Salary:  HK$29,200 x 12 months

Responsibilities:

• To assist direct Senior Technical Manager in a proactive manner on project management and building surveying matters;
• To conduct feasibility study of shop/premises re-partitioning cases & upgrading cases;
  Projects would include, but not limited to alteration and addition, maintenance, survey, and fitting-out work of shopping mall in Hong Kong; 
• Work as a team in handling projects with the presence of qualified building surveyors.
• To liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies and Property management team
• To update drawings of shopping malls
• To monitor contractors' submission and maintenance schedule
• To ensure the compliance of the latest statutory regulations and requirements
• To follow up works accordingly to Supervisor instructions and to report actively

Requirements

• Higher Diploma (or above) in Building Surveying;
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience (especially in retail shop and office building design is an advantage);
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English;
• Familiar with building services systems is an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill and ability to work independently;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch Up & PowerPoint is an advantage.

 

12 days annual leaves a year
Working day:  5 working-days with public holiday
Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (including 1 hr lunch break)
