Urgent - Bakery Supervisor - Landers Superstore BGC

The Bakery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality products, efficient production, inventory accuracy, food safety compliance, and excellent customer service. This role also leads and develops the bakery team to achieve operational and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery production to ensure product quality, freshness, and adherence to recipes.
• Plan production schedules based on sales trends, inventory levels, and promotions.
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Lead, schedule, coach, and develop bakery staff.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards, including FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, displays, and production areas.
• Ensure accurate product pricing, labeling, and attractive merchandise displays.
• Address customer concerns and support promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a bakery, food service, supermarket, or retail environment.
• Knowledge of bakery operations, inventory management, food safety, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
