WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA ANALYST

We are looking for a Customer Service Data Analyst to handle customer inquiries primarily through webforms, with voice support as a secondary responsibility during high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve account, card, transaction, and banking inquiries
• Respond to customer concerns through webforms using professional and compliant communication
• Meet established SLA and quality requirements
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM tools
• Handle voice calls when required based on business demand
• Practice active listening and effectively de-escalate customer concerns

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience is highly preferred
• Applicants with no BPO experience are also welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Willing to handle both webform and voice support
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work schedule
