Job Snapshot:

• Urgent Hiring: We are looking to fill 2 openings immediately.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) & Saturday (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM) KSA Time.
• Core Stack: React/TypeScript, Node.js/Python, React Native/Flutter.

About the role We hire engineers who think like founders. At our startup, you won't just clear Jira tickets—you will own the product end-to-end, from discovery to launch, across web, backend, and mobile. We provide the trust and autonomy for you to make the technical and product calls that matter.

What you'll do

• Own features from discovery to launch: define the problem, write the spec, prioritize, build, and iterate.
• Build and ship code: develop web, backend, and mobile (iOS/Android) solutions, including APIs, databases, and UI.
• Drive user-centric development: talk directly with users and stakeholders, turning feedback, reviews, and analytics into actionable roadmap decisions.
• Own the release cycle: define success metrics, track them post-release, and manage web deployments and app store releases.
• Raise the engineering bar: contribute through code reviews, knowledge sharing, sound technical judgment, and actively shaping how the team works.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional full-stack experience: (e.g., React/TypeScript with Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Hands-on mobile experience: (React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin), with at least one app successfully shipped to the App Store or Google Play.
• Technical foundation: solid grasp of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong product sense: you ask "why" before "how" and can prioritize effectively with trade-offs in mind.
• Autonomy & Communication: clear written and verbal communication, with a high comfort level navigating ownership and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Startup or small-team experience, particularly taking products from zero to launch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, analytics tools, and mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, EAS).
• Experience running user interviews or A/B tests.

Pay: E£26,000.00 per month
