* Urgent - Full-Stack Software Engineer / Analyst Programmer x 3 Vacancies

About the role

You will support the project team across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and assist in maintaining ongoing production systems. You will contribute to a major system redevelopment project, focusing on System Analysis, Testing, and Code Review, while maintaining and supporting existing production and management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full SDLC, including feasibility studies, user requirement definitions, system analysis, design, and documentation
• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance web applications, Intranet/Internet systems, and client/server applications
• Manage database design, programming, performance tuning, and routine maintenance
• Monitor application systems, perform troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues
• Evaluate hardware and software products, and prepare technical proposals for IT equipment and services
• Coordinate with internal users and external vendors to provide application support, troubleshooting, and system recovery
• Prepare operational procedures, technical reports, and contingency plans
• Monitor contractor deliverables to ensure they are high-quality and submitted on time

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related IT discipline
• Minimum 4 years of IT industry experience, with a focus on system analysis, development, testing, deployment, and vendor management
• Strong technical proficiency in C#, .NET, ReactJS, VBA, Web Services, SQL, Stored Procedures, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, and MSSQL
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript Programming, Linux System Administration, and Client/Server Development.
• Familiarity with IT Security, Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA), and Server Virtualization Technology
• Practical experience in Vendor Management and IT Service / Outsourcing Management
• Previous experience with Public Sector or Government IT standards, project lifecycles, and system support
• Professional skills in project management, cloud computing, or user management will be considered a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset, self-motivated, responsible, and well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
