Your Day-to-Day

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) , SHS Graduate or higher (College Level or College Graduate) .
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Customer Service experience is advantage.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Handle retail account transactions, documentation, and updates accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product information, billing concerns, and account-related requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service-level agreements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in communication, both verbal and written in English .
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with retail account procedures.
• Be willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.
