We are urgently looking for a Basketball Event Project Coordinator to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of basketball events and sports projects.

• Coordinate basketball tournaments, events, and project activities.
• Manage communication with teams, players, coaches, referees, venues, and partners.
• Assist with event planning, scheduling, registration, and logistics coordination.
• Support on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress, timelines, and daily tasks.
• Prepare event reports, attendance records, and documentation.
• Coordinate equipment preparation, venue setup, and event requirements.
• Handle operational issues and provide solutions during events.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Job Requirements

• College or university students and graduates are both welcome.
• Experience in sports events, basketball tournaments, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Passion for basketball and sports activities.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
