We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to join our growing team and help us generate new business opportunities.

Your Role

• Find and bid on relevant Upwork projects

• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities

• Handle client communication and follow-ups

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Focus primarily on the Social Media Marketing (SMM) niche

• Maintain and improve bidding & outreach performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of Upwork bidding & lead generation

• Experience in the Social Media Marketing niche

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to identify quality projects and convert leads

• Results-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation

Performance-Based Salary during the Probation Period

After successful completion of probation, Fixed Salary + applicable benefits will be offered based on performance and role.
