Job Description:

We are looking for a Documentation Executive to support our Study Abroad documentation and visa processing activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate Study Abroad documentation processes.
• Collect, verify and maintain student documents.
• Support university application and visa documentation processes.
• Coordinate with students and internal counselling teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents.
• Track application and visa processing status.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Freshers are most welcome to apply.
• Candidates with an educational background or prior experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education are preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Study Abroad admission and visa processes will be an added advantage.
