Urgent Hiring For Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to generate leads and convert customers for our Forex/Foreign Currency Exchange services.

The candidate will communicate with students, travellers, and other customers to understand their foreign currency requirements and provide suitable forex solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate forex enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements for foreign currency, forex cards, cash currency, and related services.
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed transactions.
• Explain rates, documentation, process, and service offerings clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed forex orders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English communication preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Sales-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Previous experience in forex, travel, banking, education, or tele-sales will be an added advantage.
