Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced React.js / Next.js Full Stack Developer to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-performance web applications and have strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Build and integrate REST APIs
• Develop scalable backend services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO
• Debug, test, and maintain existing applications
• Work closely with the development team to deliver projects on time

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Knowledge of MongoDB or MySQL
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub
• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of authentication (JWT/OAuth)
• Basic understanding of deployment on AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
