Urgent Hiring! Outbound Sales Representative (Tech Sales Required)

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn. You'll qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, and help grow our pipeline for IT and business outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and identify client hiring or outsourcing needs.
• Schedule discovery meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records using HubSpot CRM.
• Meet weekly outreach, pipeline, and appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth client handovers.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, B2B Sales, Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or Lead Generation.
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Confident engaging with executives such as CEOs, CTOs, HR Leaders, and Business Managers.
• Experience selling or generating leads for IT services, outsourcing, staff augmentation, BPO, or software solutions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
