Urgent Hiring: Procurement Staff (Pasay)

About the role

We are urgently seeking a Procurement Staff to join our client's team in Pasay, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in the procurement and supply chain operations of the organization. As Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the acquisition of goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that procurement activities align with the company's operational needs and budget requirements. This position is essential to maintaining smooth logistics and inventory operations across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Tracked incoming shipments and maintain purchase records and ensure precise supplier billing and payments.

·         Process purchase orders efficiently to ensure on-time delivery of goods and materials.

·         Evaluated vendor bids based on price, quality specifications, and delivery timelines to select top-value bids from approved suppliers.

·         Maintain a 24-hour response time for team and vendor inquiries regarding order status, updates, and cancellations.

Job Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree in any field.

·         At least 6 months of experience in procurement or purchasing.

·         Relevant experience on inventory management.

·         Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs or applications.

·         Eligible to work in Pasay City.
