Role: SDE / Java Tech Lead

Role Overview- We are looking for an experienced SDE / Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise applications, providing technical guidance, designing scalable solutions, writing high-quality code, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop scalable and maintainable microservices-based applications.
• Design and implement REST APIs and web services.
• Participate in solution and technical architecture discussions.
• Estimate development efforts and provide accurate delivery timelines.
• Write and execute unit and integration test cases.
• Follow TDD, clean coding, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Design and develop event-driven applications using Kafka.
• Work with distributed systems, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
