Key Responsibilities

• Manage ISOC personnel and operations, training program, drills, alarm audits, alerts, compliance, policies and procedures.
• Manage all aspects of ISOC invoicing and scheduling.
• Exercise good judgment with defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interact with customers, internal partners, peer group leaders, vendors and Global Safety and Security Management to properly respond and execute their duties.
• Evaluate global incidents that may impact employees or offices and escalate accordingly to security management and subsequently to other business units within (HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, country leaders, etc.)
• Work with Security Systems Engineers, Administrators and Technicians and vendors to build and/or deliver viable solutions/suggestions for streamlining processes.
• Work on issues where analysis of the situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
• Able to communicate with Senior Safety & Security management on matters related to global incidents, operational issues and critical situations.
• Be the in-house Specialist for one or more systems to exploit the full capabilities of the system.
• Communicate, track, document and report progress on projects/initiatives and areas of responsibility.
• Support global team members in the delivery of security-based products and services
• Work with the Global Safety & Security team to develop improvements to the overall ISOC operations and security posture.
• Establish operational objectives and determine and work plans, and delegate assignments to ISOC Operators
• Act as primary escalation point for 3rd party managed security services vendors.
• Work incidents to completion with involved parties and track resolution in the incident management tracking system
• Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain the companys confidentiality and information security practices (medical records, personnel issues, investigations, public relations incidents, emergency personnel contact information, etc.)
• Conduct investigations and provide reports to the Security Management team as requested
