Role & responsibilities

1 ISP Network availability : 99.99% .
2 Ensure Hardware faults : 1% w.r.t installed network elements.
3 RMA Generations for hardware inventory of respective vendors.
4 Spare management & timely availability / replacements of Spares.
5 Work order management A2A,B2B,B2C & patchings with in TAT.
6 Testing of circuits for new delivery.
7 PMT of ISP equipment as per schedule & field support.
8 Guidance to field team for HW/SW faults restorations .
9. Node insertion on live network.
10 Proactive Traffic diversity of circuits to avoid services impact.
11 Ring up gradations & capacity enhancements.
12 Change management both for OSP & ISP.

To Keep 99.99% network availability with HW/SW fault restorations & spare management & Work orders completions for new deliveries.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma & Above (Min 15 years of Education), Diploma Streams - Electrical, IT, E&TC, Computers. BSC - CS, PCM, IT.
