What they need
Role & responsibilities
To deliver 99.99% NW availability by keeping OSP network in healthy conditions on the routes under NMT location.
- Fibre Cuts & Other OSP faults- 1/1k Kms
- Ensure Liasoning with different agencies on OSP routes ( NHA/Municipal corporation , PWD etc)
- MTTR compliance : 80%
- Keeping dark fibre health in Thru conditions.
- Repair & returns of faulty hardware.
- Compliance to fibre force app tasks( Patroller Attendance, efficiency & trip management etc)
- Route Survey for new connectives .
- PMT of OSP routes as per schedule .
- Fibre readiness for new projects, B2B & Mobility.
- Patching & tapping for B2B,Mobility & homes work orders.
Preferred candidate profile
10th + ITI + Min 3 years of Splicing experience
10th + Diploma
12th + ITI + Min 3 years of splicing experience
12th + Diploma
12th + 3 years of splicing experience okay only for hilly areas like NESA
Full Time Graduate (No B.tech)
