[URGENT] PROJECT ENGINEER

• Manage daily project planning and engineering activities to support project execution.
• Coordinate key project functions, including site management, project control, engineering, procurement, and construction management.
• Develop and oversee project methods, installation procedures, task plans, and work instructions.
• Monitor site progress against approved budgets and project schedules.
• Ensure trade contractors comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely progress reports to the Senior Manager.
• Identify additional work and project changes that may constitute variations, and notify the Senior Manager and Executive Manager (PMO) accordingly.
• Maintain regular coordination and communication with all trade contractors.
• Prepare minutes of project meetings and maintain relevant records.
• Manage project close-out activities and obtain required warranties for final acceptance.
• Provide support during tendering activities.
• Comply with established quality, health, and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 years of relevant experience in construction, project coordination, or post-construction works.

• Experience handling Defects Liability Period (DLP) or maintenance works is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and legal documents.

• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including CIDB and local authority requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

• Strong document management skills

• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
