Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the Gold Loan portfolio and overall financial business of the branch to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee all branch-level activities, ensuring smooth operations, effective business development, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement systematic business plans to ensure operational efficiency, team coordination, and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members, providing regular performance feedback and guidance to enhance their productivity and professional development.
• Monitor business quality, track team performance, and implement appropriate controls to minimise operational risks and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and review branch performance reports, analyse business progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guide, motivate, and support subordinates in achieving individual and branch-level business targets while fostering a performance-driven work culture.

Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate In Any Field

Experience:

4-6 Years Experience In Sales With Mandatory Team Handling Experience

• Business Development & Sales: Ability to achieve business targets, acquire new customers, and grow the gold loan portfolio.
• Gold Appraisal & Risk Management: Knowledge of gold valuation, purity testing, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation.
• Branch Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth branch operations, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and safe custody of pledged gold.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve business goals and operational excellence.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, resolve grievances, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
