Job Description (JD): Site Execution Engineer (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Execution Engineer with experience in residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing construction work on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.

Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Conduct quality checks for RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store department.

Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates to the Project Manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

3-5 years of experience in residential real estate construction.

Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC, finishing, and civil construction works.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.
