[Title: Solutions Analyst/ Technical Business Analyst- Java, JavaScript]

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the technical assessment, system design, development, and testing of the core digital identity platform
• Provide technical facilitation and prepare integration documentation for external business units, partner departments, and third-party organizations to enable their e-Services or applications to adopt the digital identity solution
• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, external business partners, and central support teams to manage system setup and integration testing with core digital infrastructure services
• Carry out any other technical or analytical duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

• Solid experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and client liaison work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex integration issues
• Hands-on development experience in mobile applications, web applications, and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, Linux System Administration, Vendor Management, delivering presentations to stakeholders

[Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst/ IT Technical Consultant- Digital Platform**]**

Responsibilities:

• Engage public bodies and private organizations to drive the adoption and registration of the digital identity platform for their respective e-services.
• Support external clients and partners during their onboarding onto both Testing Environments and Production Environments.
• Review and prepare relevant procedures, guidelines, and best practices in data privacy and security to ensure system components and processes comply with organizational standards.
• Handle and resolve general and technical enquiries related to the digital identity system and its integration.
• Compile presentation materials, conduct briefings, and facilitate training sessions for stakeholders and users.
• Support joint promotional events and marketing initiatives for the identity platform.
• Carry out any other system implementation or analytical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

• System Rollout & Implementation:

  • Hands-on experience in supporting IT system rollouts, facilitating user onboarding, or coordinating testing and production environments.
  • Proven experience in System Implementation, Maintenance, and Technical Support.

• Integration & Security Knowledge:

  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in integrating centralized digital identity solutions or authentication systems into e-services.
  • Fundamental understanding of Cryptography and data security principles.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in JavaScript Programming to support technical integration and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to independently handle and troubleshoot both general and technical enquiries from clients.

• Solid experience in corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, or public relations, particularly in liaising with diverse public bodies and private organizations.

• Strong coordination skills to bridge the gap between internal project teams and external client organizations.

• Training & Presentation:

  • Experience in conducting IT training sessions, workshops, or technical briefings for users.
  • Proven experience in compiling and delivering professional presentations to management and external stakeholders.
