Ontime Healthcare is seeking highly experienced Support Workers with a strong background in dementia care to join our team, supporting two ongoing clients in Fitzroy North and Ascot Vale.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience supporting clients with dementia (essential)
• Minimum 6–12 months paid support work experience
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Full working rights
• Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID, Flu, Chicken Pox, hepatitis B, Whooping Cough and Measles)

Your Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, person-centred dementia care
• Personal care: showering, grooming, mobility support
• Supporting routines in a calm, structured environment
• Meal preparation and light household tasks
• Transport to appointments and community activities
• Accurate documentation and clear communication
